1 compared with sample , check that whether color and style match the sample
2 there should be no flaw, gap, nick above the surface
3 there should be no crack, air bubble, damaged border at the back of button
4 the veins should have no distortion, white hole ,white circle.
5 the button hole should be smooth. If it is back eye button, the slot should be smooth and have no crack.
6 the same bulk of button’s chromatism should be no less than four level GB250 standard .compared with sample ,no less than three level GB250 standard
7 after all the buttons tested qualification , pack the same quantity as the packing description in the different packing bag. |
